Where do I check my Transaction History on StockTry?

You can check the transaction history under ‘My Balance’ option in ‘More’. Tap on Bottom Menu 'More' Now Tap on 'My Balance' Now click on 'Transaction History'

Where do I check my StockTry account balance?

You can check the Account Balance under ‘My Balance’ option in ‘More’.

Can I transfer balance from one StockTry account to another?

No, you cannot transfer the balance from your account to someone. You can transfer ‘Winning Balance’ to your own Bank Account.

How is my account balance utilised while joining contests?

Your balance is used in the following manner: Bonus wallet Cash Added Winning Wallet We deduct Bonus Wallet first so that you do not have to add lesser money. Post which we take ‘Cash Added’ wallet and lastly the ‘Winning Wallet’.

Why was my entry fee refunded?

If any contest does not get full, we refund your money to all the respective wallets.

How do I add cash to my StockTry account?

You can add cash to your StockTry account through the Payment Gateway. Tap on 'More' Tap on 'My Balance' Tap on 'Add Cash' You can add money through Credit card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI.

I added cash to my StockTry account, but I can't see it. When will it reflect?

It usually takes 5 minutes to reflect money in your account. We request you to force close StockTry App and retry.

My deposit was not added to my StockTry account, when will I get my refund?

It usually takes 5 Business days to provide you with refund in case your deposit is not added to your StockTry Account.

What type of cards can be saved/used?

You can save any card (Debit/Credit) powered by (Visa/Master/Rupay) from any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Bank.

Is it safe to enter my card details? Does StockTry save any of it?

Yes, It is safe to store your card details. It is not stored anywhere in our database. The card information gets stored locally on your phone and hence, we do not have any data of your card.

How can I withdraw my winnings?

You can only withdraw money from your winnings wallet. You will not be able to Withdraw in ‘Cash’ or ‘Bonus’ Wallet. To withdraw your winnings, tap on the ‘Withdraw’ option in ‘My Balance’ screen. If you are not able to see the ‘Withdraw’ button and seeing the ‘Verify’ button, we request you to verify your documents.

I’ve placed a withdrawal, when will I get my money?

It usually takes us 48 working hours to provide the withdrawal.

My withdrawal request is cancelled, what should I do now?

If your withdrawal request is cancelled, we request you to check your winning wallet if you have received funds or not. You can place the withdrawal request again.

Do I have to pay taxes when I withdraw my winnings on StockTry?

We request you to take help of expert on this. From StockTry, if you earn more than Rs 10,000 in a single game, then we will deduct 31.2% tax as per Income tax rules.

Can I withdraw my Bonus?

No, Bonus Amount cannot be withdrawn. It can only be used to join any challenges.

I don’t have a bank account, can I use someone else’s?

We strongly advise you to open a Bank Account. We will check your documents to process withdrawals.

When will I be eligible for Instant Withdrawal?

We do not allow instant withdrawals right now for anyone.

Is there any Daily Withdrawal limit?

For withdrawals, the minimum required balance is Rs 100. You can withdraw up to Rs 25,000 per day.

What is cash bonus? How can I get cash bonus?

Cash bonus is provided to the users as an Appreciation from StockTry. It could be obtained by: Joining StockTry When your referral plays paid game for first 5 times

How is my cash bonus utilised on StockTry?

Bonus can be used to participate in various paid Challenges up to 20% of Challenge Entry.

When will my cash bonus expire?

Yes, Your bonus can get expired after 90 days of receiving it.

Winnings are the amount that you will receive for your winnings in any contest.

When will my winnings get added to my StockTry account?

You will get your winning amount within two hour of contest getting over. If the contest gets over at 3.30 PM, your winning amount will be added in winnings wallet by 5.30 PM.

How can I withdraw my winnings to my bank account?

To withdraw your winnings, you will have to verify your Email, PAN and Bank Account. After you verify all of them, you can withdraw your winnings.

If other players rank the same as me, how much will I win? How is the prize money distributed when the contest has multiple winners?

If there is any tie between two or other players, winnings amount will be averaged. The subsequent ranks will be skipped. For example if three members are on Rank 1, the next rank will be Rank 4. All the Rank 1 players will get average amounts of Rank 1, Rank 2 and Rank 3.

When will my winnings expire?

Your winnings will expire after one year.

Do you deduct tax on winning?

Yes, In case if you’re total winning in a single contest is more than Rs 10,000, then we deduct 31.2% Tax.

When will I get my TDS certificate?

You will receive your TDS certificate within 3 Months of Winning.

Can a resident of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland and Sikkim participate in StockTry?

Currently the resident of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland and Sikkim does not have the permission to participate in pay-to-play formats of any online games. The laws in these states are unclear as to a game of skill can be played for money.

Am I allowed to play StockTry if I am under 18 years?

No, StockTry strictly prohibits users to play this app if they are under 18 years. The user must be at least 18 years to play this app. You can report the user whom you this is below the required age.

How many accounts can I create with the same email id / number ?

You can create only one account with the same email/ number. Creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and violates our policy.

Does any other StockTry user have any additional opportunity while creating a team?

All the users are initially given the same preference to create a team, whereas a pro user can create 3 teams unlike a normal user who can create only one team. Become a pro user for the ultimate benefits.

Does anyone have the access to change my team?

No! you are solely the in charge of making or editing your team. No other user can access your team. You can safely edit it as many times as possible before joining a contest after which you cannot edit it any further.

Are my opponent’s genuine users?

We work our best to make sure the users are genuine on StockTry. To make this possible we verify every user’s number and continuously check if they are violating any StockTry policies.

How can I change my email ID?

Complete the following steps to change your email id. Click on the more option on the bottom right of the dashboard. Click on your Profile section. You will see an edit icon on the top right beside your name and phone number, Click on that. Now type your valid email id and save the changes. Now your email id has been changed.

Can I change my team name on StockTry?

Yes! You can change your team name before entering a contest. You can do that while editing your team after creating it.

How do I register on StockTry?
