TREND : Sideways to negative

OVERVIEW : Nifty started the day on very high note but snapped the entire day’s gain and ended the session with the loss of around 145 points. It failed to sustain the breakout and drifted towards 14950 zones. Index has been giving opportunities for both the bulls and the bears so maintaining stop losses is very important in current scenario. The support is at 14800 then 14500 while resistance is at 15300 levels.

OVERVIEW : BankNifty after opening on a very strong note but failed to sustain the opening levels and fell below its 34500 levels. It has formed a bearish engulfing candle pattern on daily chart and indicating that in coming days bears might be at dominance compared to bulls. Index after giving a breakout failed to sustain it. The volatility index moved up by around 7% thus creating fear among the bulls. The support for the same is at 34800 then 34500 levels while on the upside the resistance is at the psychological 36000 levels.

  • ASHOKLEY has been making lower lows lower highs even after bullish stance witnessed in market in the previous few sessions.
  • The stock has been seeing built of short position and may fall towards 115 then 110 levels. It is on the verge of forming head and shoulder on daily chart thus giving us a sense on caution. On the upside resistance is at 126 levels.
